预住院管理模式在眼科专科医院的探索和实践

Exploration and Practice of Pre Hospitalization Management Mode in Pphthalmic Hospital

目的研究预住院管理模式在眼科专科医院的探索和实践,旨在为该类医院的住院管理提供有效的管理方案。方法选择本院2020年3~11月收治的1000例手术患者作为对照组,给予常规眼科手术住院管理。2021年3~11月收治的1000例手术患者作为观察组,给予预住院管理。比较两组院前健康教育知晓率、手术预约合格率、医患满意度。结果观察组的院前健康教育知晓率和手术预约合格率均明显高于对照组,床位等待时间明显少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者的满意度、日间病区护士满意度、手术室护士满意度、医生满意度均明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论预住院管理模式在眼科专科医院的应用价值较高,能够明显提升患者的院前健康教育知晓率和手术预约合格率,缩短床位等待时间,改善医患满意度,值得推广。

Objective To study the exploration and practice of pre hospitalization management mode in ophthalmic hospitals,in order to provide an effective management scheme for the hospitalization management of such hospitals.Methods 1000 surgical patients in our hospital from March to November 2020 were selected as the control group and given routine ophthalmic surgery hospitalization management.1000 surgical patients from March to November 2021 served as the observation group and were given pre hospitalization management.The awareness rate of pre hospital health education,qualified rate of operation appointment and doctor-patient satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The awareness rate of pre hospital health education and the qualified rate of operation appointment in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group,and the waiting time of bed was significantly less than that in the control group(P<0.05).The satisfaction of patients,nurses in daytime ward,nurses in operating room and doctors in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The pre hospitalization management model has high application value in ophthalmic hospitals,can significantly improve the awareness rate of pre hospital health education and the qualified rate of operation appointment,shorten the waiting time of beds,and improve doctor-patient satisfaction.It is worth popularizing.
