规范化护理干预联合心理护理对急性脑梗死患者负性情绪及生活质量的影响

Effect of Standardized Nursing Intervention Combined with Psychological Nursing on Negative Emotion and Quality of Life of Patients with Acute Cerebral Infarction

目的对于急性脑梗死(ACI)疾病治疗,分析规范化护理干预联合心理护理的应用价值。方法本研究开展时间段为2020年1月-2021年1月,实验对象为我院收治的ACI患者(n=60),按随机数字表法分组,对照组(n=30,常规护理),观察组(n=30,规范化护理联合心理护理),对比两组患者的负性情绪以及生活质量评分变化。结果与护理干预前相比,两组患者经护理干预后焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)以及心理弹性量表评分均有改善,但观察组改善幅度大(P<0.05);护理干预方案对患者QOL生活质量评分影响发现,对照组生活质量评分改善较小(P<0.05)。结论将规范化护理干预联合心理护理应用于ACI患者康复治疗中,能够规避患者不良情绪,改善患者预后生存质量,值得推广。

Objective To analyze the application value of standardized nursing intervention combined with psychological nursing for the treatment of acute cerebral infarction(ACI).Methods This study was carried out from January 2020 to January 2021.The experimental subjects were ACI patients(n=60)admitted to our hospital.They were randomly divided into the control group(n=30,routine nursing)and the observation group(n=30,standardized nursing combined with psychological nursing).The negative emotions and quality of life scores of the two groups were compared.Results Compared with before nursing intervention,the scores of self-rating anxiety scale(SAS),self-rating depression scale(SDS)and resilience scale in the two groups were improved after nursing intervention,but the improvement in the observation group was significant(P<0.05).The effect of nursing intervention on QOL quality of life score of patients showed that the improvement of quality of life score in the control group was small(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of standardized nursing intervention combined with psychological nursing in the rehabilitation treatment of ACI patients can avoid patients'bad emotions and improve their prognosis and quality of life,which is worth popularizing.
