舒适护理在卵巢癌围手术期患者中的应用效果观察研究

Observation on the Effect of Comfort Nursing in Perioperative Ovarian Cancer Patients

目的研究舒适护理模式在卵巢癌患者围手术期护理干预中效果。方法选择本院于2019年1月-2021年12月收治的82例卵巢癌患者,随机分组后,对照组患者(n=41)接受常规护理干预,观察组患者(n=41)则在围手术期护理中运用舒适护理方法,总结两组护理效果差异。结果患者满意度以及不良情绪评分比较,护理前两组评分无统计学差异(P>0.05);护理后观察组分优于对照组(P<0.05)。并发症与护理满意度数据比较,观察组优于对照组(P<0.05)。患者生存质量评估结果显示,护理前两组评分无统计学差异(P>0.05);护理后观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在卵巢癌患者围手术期护理干预中,运用舒适护理模式可以避免并发症发生,提高患者护理满意度和生存质量,其优势显著,具有推广价值。

Objective To understand the effect of comfortable nursing mode in perioperative nursing intervention of ovarian cancer patients.Methods A total of 82 patients with ovarian cancer admitted to our hospital from January 2019 to December 2021 were selected and randomly divided into two groups:control group(n=41)received routine nursing intervention,observation group(n=41)was used in perioperative nursing comfort nursing method,and the difference in nursing effect between the two groups was summarized.Results There was no statistical difference in the scores of patients'satisfaction and bad mood between the two groups before nursing(P>0.05),and the observation component after nursing was better than the control group(P<0.05).Comparison of complications and nursing satisfaction data showed that the observation group was better than the control group(P<0.05).The quality of life assessment results showed that there was no statistical difference between the two groups before nursing(P>0.05),and the observation group was higher than the control group after nursing(P<0.05).Conclusion In the perioperative nursing intervention of ovarian cancer patients,the use of comfortable nursing mode can avoid complications,improve patient nursing satisfaction and quality of life,its advantages are significant,has the value of promotion.
