早期持续家庭康复干预对早产儿智能发育的影响

Effect of Early Continuous Family Rehabilitation Intervention on Intellectual Development of Premature Infants

目的分析早期持续家庭康复干预对早产儿智能发育的影响。方法选择2019年1~12月从我院出院的92例早产儿为研究对象,按照出院时间将早产儿分为对照组和观察组,每组46例,其中对照组的早产儿为常规康复干预,观察组早产儿为早期持续家庭康复干预。两组患儿的康复干预时间均为12个月。结果观察组早产儿的精细动作评分(101.56±6.52)分、适应行为评分(101.78±3.79)分、大运动行为评分(107.53±3.68)分、个人-社会行为评分(102.61±7.26)分、语言行为评分(108.55±3.08)分,各项评分显著高于对照组,并且每项数据之间进行对比(P<0.05)。同时,观察组早产儿家属对康复干预措施的满意度为93.48%,对照组早产儿家属对康复干预措施的满意度为80.43%(P<0.05)。结论对早产儿实施早期持续家庭康复干预,可显著提升干预效果,促进早产儿智能发育,以便达到改善其后期成长和生活质量的目的。可见,早期持续家庭康复干预有较高的推广和应用价值。

Objective To analyze effect of early continuous family rehabilitation intervention on intellectual development of premature infants.Methods The paper chose 92 premature infants discharged from our hospital from January to December 2019 as study objects,and divided them into control group and observation group according to time of discharge,,with 46 cases in each group.Control group was treated with routine rehabilitation intervention,while observation group with early continuous family rehabilitation intervention.Rehabilitation intervention time of two groups was 12 months.Results Fine motor scores(101.56±6.52),adaptive behavior scores(101.78±3.79),grand motor behavior scores(107.53±3.68),individual social behavior scores(102.61±7.26),language behavior scores(108.55±3.08)of preterm infants in observation group were significantly higher than control group,comparison between each data showed(P<0.05).Satisfaction degree of family members of preterm infants in observation group with rehabilitation intervention measures was 93.48%,significantly higher than 80.43%of control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion Early continuous family rehabilitation intervention can significantly improve intervention effect for premature infants,promote their intellectual development,and improve their later growth and life quality.It can be seen that early continuous family rehabilitation intervention has higher promotion and application value.
