原发性高血压患者应用社区全科治疗的效果观察

Effect Observation of Community General Treatment for Essential Hypertension Patients

目的观察社区全科治疗方案应用于原发性高血压患者的效果。方法于本社区院内抽选100例原发性高血压患者开展实验观察,抽选时间为2019年1月-2020年1月,系统抽样方法将患者均分成参比组、观察组,每组50例患者,参比组实施常规治疗,观察组采用社区全科治疗,比较两组血压水平值变化情况、生活质量评分情况、治疗依从率、疾病知晓率及负性心理情绪改善情况。结果治疗前两组血压水平值与生活质量评分相比(P>0.05);治疗后两组血压水平值与生活质量评分均有杰出改进,然观察组血压水平值较参比组低,生活质量分值较参比组高(P<0.05)。观察组患者治疗依从率为98.00%,高血压疾病知晓率为100.00%,均比参比组高(P<0.05);治疗前两组焦虑及抑郁负性心理情绪评分相比(P>0.05);治疗后两组焦虑及抑郁心理评分均有杰出改善,然观察组负性心理情绪分值较参比组分值低(P<0.05)。结论原发性高血压患者的诊治可以选用社区全科疗法,此疗法的效果较突出,可以有效抑制患者血压值异常上升症状,这与该疗法可以积极影响患者疾病知晓率、治疗依从性有关,是能够提升社会功能等日常生活质量,改善焦虑等负性心理情绪的优质治疗方案,可以进行广泛推荐。

Objective To observe effect of community general treatment scheme on patients with essential hypertension.Methods The paper chose 100 cases essential hypertension patients in community hospital from January 2019 to January 2020 for experimental observation,and divided them into reference group and observation group by systematic sampling method,50 cases in each group.Reference group was treated with routine treatment,and observation group with general treatment in community.Changes in blood pressure levels,life quality scores,treatment compliance rate,disease awareness rate and improvement of negative psychological emotion were compared between two groups.Results Before treatment,blood pressure level and life quality scores comparison between two groups showed(P>0.05).After treatment,blood pressure level and life quality scores of two groups were significantly improved.However,blood pressure level of observation group was lower than reference group,life quality scores were higher than reference group(P<0.05).Compliance rate of observation group was 98.00%,awareness rate of hypertension was 100.00%,higher than reference group(P<0.05);anxiety and depression scores before treatment comparison between two groups showed(P>0.05).After treatment,anxiety and depression scores in both groups were significantly improved,scores of negative psychological emotions in observation group were lower than reference group(P<0.05).Conclusion Diagnosis and treatment of essential hypertension patients can choose community general practice therapy,which has prominent effect on inhibitting symptoms of abnormal blood pressure increase effectively,which is related to its positive effect on disease awareness and treatment compliance of patients.It is high-quality treatment scheme that can improve daily life quality such as social function,and negative psychological emotions including anxiety,which can be recommended widely.
