高血压脑出血术后早期肠内营养支持的护理研究进展

Nursing Research Progress of Early Enteral Nutrition Support After Hypertensive Intracerebral Hemorrhage Operation

为高血压脑出血手术患者提供术后早期肠内营养支持,强化护理干预,有着非常重要的意义。本文结合笔者多年的研究实践,对肠内营养的意义进行分析,在此基础上从早期肠内营养时间、营养剂选择、置管方式、心理干预、管道护理等方面分析高血压脑出血术后早期肠内营养支持的护理方法,形成综述,以供参考。

It is of great significance to provide early postoperative enteral nutrition support and strengthen nursing intervention for patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage.Based on years of research and practice of the author,the paper analyzed significance of enteral nutrition,and on the basis,analyzes nursing methods of early enteral nutrition support after hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage surgery from aspects of early enteral nutrition time,nutrient selection,catheter placement mode,psychological intervention,and pipeline nursing,and forms summary for reference.
