盐酸非索非那定片递减疗法治疗慢性自发性荨麻疹的疗效分析

Effect Analysis of Fexofenadine Hydrochloride Decreasing Therapy on Chronic Spontaneous Urticaria

目的本文针对慢性自发性荨麻疹采用盐酸非索非那定片递减的效果进行探讨。方法选择本院2019年2月-2020年5月收治的慢性自发性荨麻疹患者98例,均分为对照组和研究组两个组别。对照组采用盐酸非索非那定片,研究组选择盐酸非索非那定片递减治疗。本次研究选取治疗前、治疗6周和12周等作为时间节点,针对两组患者的荨麻疹活动性评分(UAS)、皮肤病生活质量指标(DLQI)评分、总服药量进行对比分析,旨在分析盐酸非索非那定片的临床治疗效果。结果对比两组患者治疗前UAS、DLQI评分发现,数据差异不明显,不具备统计学意义(P>0.05);在治疗6周和12周两个节点,两组患者与治疗前各项评分对比,均有明显降低,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);上述两个时间节点,两组患者UAS、DLQI评分对比,差异不具备统计学意义(P>0.05);最后两个时间节点(6周和12周),对比两组患者的服药量数据,研究组患者服药总量低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论慢性自发性荨麻疹有起因不明、反复发作、迁延不愈的特点。临床上治疗自发性荨麻疹的药物较多,本次研究发现,盐酸非索非那定片递减治疗慢性自发性荨麻疹效果良好,不良反应较低,可以在临床上广泛推广应用。

Objective To investigate decreasing effect of fexofenadine hydrochloride tablets on chronic spontaneous urticaria.Methods The paper chose 98 patients with chronic spontaneous urticaria admitted to our hospital from February 2019 to May 2020,and divided them into control group and study group.Control group was treated with fexofenadine hydrochloride tablets,while study group with fexofenadine hydrochloride tablets progressively.Before treatment,6 weeks and 12 weeks of treatment were selected as time nodes,and urticaria activity scores(UAS),skin disease life quality index(DLQI)scores and total dosage between two groups were compared to analyze clinical treatment effect of fexofenadine hydrochloride tablets.Results Comparison showed,UAS and DLQI scores before treatment had no significant difference between two groups(P>0.05).At two nodes of 6 and 12 weeks of treatment,scores of patients in two groups were significantly lower than before treatment,difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in UAS and DLQI scores between two groups at above two time nodes(P>0.05).At the last two time nodes(6 weeks and 12 weeks),drug consumption data of two groups were compared.Total drug consumption of study group was lower than control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion Chronic spontaneous urticaria has characteristics of unknown causes,repeated attacks,and delayed healing.There are many drugs for treatment of spontaneous urticaria clinically.The study found that decrease progressive fexofenadine of hydrochloride tablets can achieve good effect in treatment of chronic spontaneous urticaria with low adverse reactions,which can be widely promoted and applied in clinical practice.
