自由体位在产程中应用的效果分析

Effect Analysis of Free Body Position in Labor Process Observation

目的对自由体位在产妇产程中的应用效果进行分析。方法随机选取2020年7~12月本院妇产科收治的分娩产妇72例作为研究对象,随机分为对照组与研究组各36例,对照组产妇行常规体位,研究组产妇行自由体位,对两组产妇的分娩情况进行对比分析。结果研究组产妇第一与第二产程时间以及产程出血量均显著少于对照组产妇(P<0.05),研究组产妇的自然分娩率与新生儿窒息率情况均优于对照组产妇(P<0.05)。结论在分娩产妇产程中行自由体位的分娩方式,可以有效缩短产程时间,在提升分娩率的同时,减少新生儿窒息率,优化分娩结局,效果较好,值得推广。

Objective To analyze application effect of free body position in observation of parturient labor process.Methods The paper chose 72 parturients admitted to obstetrics and gynecology department of our hospital from July to December 2020 as research objects,and divided them into control group and study group randomly,with 36 cases in each group.Results Time of first and second stages of labor and bleeding amount during labor in study group was significantly less than control group(P<0.05),natural delivery rate and neonatal asphyxia rate in study group was better than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Delivery mode of free posture can shorten delivery process time,reduce neonatal asphyxia rate and optimize delivery outcome effectively while increasing delivery rate during delivery process of parturients with good effect,which is worthy of promtion.
