口腔鳞癌颈清术后肩功能训练的应用效果研究

Application Effect Study of Shoulder Function Training for Oral Squamous Cell Carcinoma After Neck Dissection

目的分析口腔鳞癌颈清术后肩功能训练的应用效果。方法随机选取本院2018年1月-2020年8月接收的原发性口腔鳞癌患者共80例,将患者随机分为常规组和研究组,每组各40例。常规组患者术后不给予肩部训练,研究组患者在颈清术后采用肩功能康复训练。比较两组患者术前、术后3个月的术侧肩功能Constants评分。结果研究组患者术后3个月的术侧肩功能Constants总评分、肩部活动范围评分、力量评分和日常活动能力评分均比常规组的患者明显增加,差异具统计学的意义(P<0.05)。结论采用肩功能康复训练可有效地改善颈清术后原发性口腔鳞癌患者的肩功能水平,促进患者术后日常活动能力的恢复。

Objective To analyze application effect of shoulder function training after neck dissection for oral squamous cell carcinoma.Methods The paper chose 80 patients with primary oral squamous cell carcinoma in our hospital from January 2018 to August 2020,and divided them into routine group and study group randomly,with 40 cases in each group.Routine group was treated with no shoulder training after surgery,while study group with shoulder function rehabilitation training after neck dissection.Constans scores of shoulder function were compared between two groups before and 3 months after operation.Results Total Constants scores,shoulder range of motion scores,strength scores and daily activity ability scores of patients in study group were significantly higher than routine group 3 months after surgery,difference was statistically significant,(P<0.05).Conclusion Shoulder function rehabilitation training can improve shoulder function of patients with primary oral squamous cell carcinoma after neck dissection effectively,and promote recovery of their daily activities.
