心理康复护理模式对腹腔镜下阑尾炎手术患者焦虑抑郁状态、依从性的影响

Effect of Psychological Rehabilitation Nursing Mode on Anxiety and Depression Status and Compliance of Patients with Laparoscopic Appendectomy

目的分析心理康复护理模式对腹腔镜下阑尾炎手术患者焦虑抑郁状态、依从性的影响。方法选择在本院行腹腔镜下阑尾炎手术治疗的患者作为研究对象,共60例,其入院时间均在2018年9月-2020年1月;采用抽签的方式对60例患者进行分组,将抽到单数的患者纳入对照组,将抽到双数的患者纳入观察组,每组30例。对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用常规护理+心理康复护理,对比两组患者的护理前后焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分与抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分、护理依从性。结果护理后,观察组的SAS评分、SDS评分均明显高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者的总依从率为93.33%,明显高于对照组患者的60.00%(P<0.05);观察组症状改善时间比对照组短(P>0.05);观察组并发症发生率比对照组低(P>0.05);结论在常规护理的基础上,对腹腔镜下阑尾炎手术患者添加心理康复护理,不仅可以促进患者的身心健康,还可以提高护理依从性,值得临床推广使用。

Objective To analyze effect of psychological rehabilitation nursing mode on anxiety,depression and compliance of patients with laparoscopic appendectomy.Methods The paper chose 60 patients with laparoscopic appendectomy in our hospital from September 2018 to January 2020 as study subjects,and divided them into control group and observation group by drawing lots,30 cases in each group.Control group was treated with routine nursing,and observation group with routine nursing+psychological rehabilitation nursing.SAS and SDS scores and nursing compliance between two groups were compared before and after nursing.Results After nursing,SAS and SDS scores in observation group were significantly higher than control group(P<0.05);total compliance incidence in observation group was 93.33%,significantly higher than control group(60.00%,P<0.05);improvement time of symptoms in observation group was shorter than control group(p>0.05);complications incidence in observation group was lower than control group(p>0.05).Conclusion On the basis of routine nursing,psychological rehabilitation nursing can promote physical and mental health of patients with laparoscopic appendicitis surgery,and improve their nursing compliance,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
