摘要
目的分析将心理护理模式运用于慢性高血压对老年患者负性情绪、血压的影响。方法回顾性分析本院92例老年慢性高血压患者的临床资料,患者就诊时间为2019年5月-2020年5月;根据患者接受的护理方式将其分为两组,甲组为接受常规护理的46例患者,乙组为接受心理护理的46例患者;分别应用焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评估两组患者的焦虑、抑郁状况,测定两组血压水平,并对比两组护理满意度。结果干预后,乙组SAS、SDS评分低于甲组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);乙组收缩压、舒张压低于甲组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);乙组遵医评分均高于甲组,两者差异明显(P<0.05);乙组的生活质量评分高于甲组,两者差异明显(P<0.05);乙组护理满意率为93.48%,高于甲组的78.26%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对老年慢性高血压患者实施心理护理可显著改善其心理状态、加强降压效果,有利于提高其对护理服务的满意程度。
Objective To analyze effect of psychological nursing mode on negative emotion and blood pressure of elderly patients with chronic hypertension.Methods The paper analyzed and reviewed clinical data of 92 elderly patients with chronic hypertension in our hospital,and divided them into two groups according to nursing methods.46 cases in group A were treated with routine nursing,and 46 cases in group B with psychological nursing.Anxiety and depression status of patients was evaluated with SAS and SDS between two groups,blood pressure level of two groups was measured,nursing satisfaction degree of two groups was compared.Results After intervention,SAS and SDS scores in group B were lower than group A,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05);systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure in group B was lower than group A(P<0.05);scores of compliance in group B were higher than group A(P<0.05);life quality scores of group B were higher than group A(P<0.05);nursing satisfaction degree of group B was 93.48%,higher than group A(78.26%),with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion Psychological nursing can improve psychological state of elderly patients with chronic hypertension significantly,strengthen effect of blood pressure reduction,and improve their satisfaction degree with nursing services.
