中医康复护理对脑卒中患者生活能力及神经功能的影响

Effect of Traditional Chinese Medicine Rehabilitation Nursing on Life Ability and Nerve Function of Stroke Patients

目的探究中医康复的护理方法对于脑卒中患者的治疗有着怎样的效果。方法选取2018年6月-2020年6月在本社区进行治疗的82例脑卒中患者,根据电脑抽取的方式来分为两组,其中一组为常规组(n=41)采取了社区中心最为基础和普通的康复方法,另外一组为研究组(n=41)采用中医康复护理,最后来比较两组患者在生活能力、神经功能以及相关肢体运动能力上所具有的差异。结果通过分组进行治疗后,分析发现研究组的患者在身体各项机能以及生活能力上都更佳(P<0.05)。结论通过实施中医康复护理的方式,具有非常可观的效果,能够有效改善脑卒中患者在肢体、神经功能以及生活能力上的不足,促进患者形成积极的生活状态,从多个方面来分析,都具有积极的推广意义。

Objective To explore effect of traditional Chinese medicine rehabilitation nursing methods in treatment of stroke patients.Methods The paper chose 82 stroke patients treated in community from June 2018 to June 2020,and divided them into two groups according to computer extraction method.One group was routine group(n=41),treated with most basic and common rehabilitation methods in community center,the other group was research group(n=41),with traditional Chinese medicine rehabilitation nursing.Finally,difference in living ability,neural function and related limb motor ability was compared between two groups.Results After grouping for treatment,patients in study group had better physical functions and living abilities(P<0.05).Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine rehabilitation nursing can achieve significant effect,can improve deficiency of stroke patients in limb,nerve function and living ability,and promote patients to form positive living state effectively,which has positive promotion significance from many aspects.
