摘要
针对某钢铁公司2#连铸机结晶器振动控制液压系统存在高功耗、高故障率、伺服振动缸维护便利性差且工作寿命短的弊端,采用了更换振动单元及振动缸装置,增加振动蓄能控制阀台,改造回油蓄能装置及优化振动液压站工作参数等一系列措施很好解决了原有系统存在的缺陷。在改造并应用了由中国重型机械研究院自主研制的长寿命振动缸装置和液压系统后,现有结晶器振动液压系统具有节能、维护成本低、维护便利及振动缸装置使用寿命长的特点,投入使用以来取得了良好的经济效益。
The original mould oscillation hydraulic system of the steel plant 2#slab caster had the defects of high power consumption,high failure rate,inconvenient maintenance and short service life of the oscillation cylinder unit.The following methods such as changing new oscillation unit and cylinder unit,adding new servo-control hydraulic valve stand,revamping the return oil accumulator unit,and optimizing the parameter of the hydraulic station were applied into the original system and all the defects were solved.Now,the long-life oscillation cylinder unit and hydraulic system independently developed by China National Heavy Machinery Research Institute which is used to upgrade and reform,has characteristics of good energy saving effect,low maintenance cost,convenient maintenance and long service-life,and it has achieved good economic benefits since put into use.
