摘要 该文针对液压缸主机及三包市场质量问题反馈,以产品失效模式问题为导向,围绕液压缸装配单元缸筒清洗、活塞杆清洗,活塞杆分装、缸筒总装及试验等工序,提升液压缸过程装配能力,保证液压缸的使用安全性及可靠性,从人、机、料、法、环、测等六个维度,清晰监控质量波动及异常,推动装配区域能力提升,提升液压缸装配过程一次合格率及降低主机零公里反馈,打造常态可持续装配区标准。 Host based on the hydraulic oil cylinder and 3 packets of market quality issue feedback,product failure mode problem oriented,around the cylinder cylinder assembly unit cleaning,washing the piston rod,piston rod packing,cylinder assembly and test process,improving the capacity of oil cylinder assembly process,ensure the use safety and reliability of the oil cylinder,from human,machine,material,method,ring,measuring and other six dimensions,Clear monitoring of quality fluctuations and abnormalities,promote the improvement of assembly area capacity,improve the primary pass rate of cylinder assembly process and reduce the zero-kilometer feedback of main engine,so as to create the standard of normal sustainable assembly area.
