非那雄胺联合经尿道前列腺等离子电切术治疗前列腺增生患者的临床效果

Clinical Effect of Finasteride Combined with Transurethral Plasma Resection of Prostate in the Treatment of Patients with Benign Prostatic Hyperplasia

目的探究非那雄胺联合经尿道前列腺等离子电切除术治疗前列腺增生患者的临床效果。方法选择2020年1月-2021年10月本院收治的80例前列腺增生患者,随机平均分组。对照组患者40例采用经尿道前列腺等离子电切术进行治疗,试验组40例采用非那雄胺联合经尿道前列腺等离子电切术进行治疗,在治疗结束后对比两组治疗效果,并对相关数据进行统计学分析。结果试验组手术时间、术中出血量、术后住院时间、术后尿管拔除时间、术后膀胱持续冲洗时间均短于对照组(P<0.05);试验组术后并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05);试验组国际前列腺症状评分(IPSS)、生活质量评分(QOL)均短于对照组(P<0.05);试验组患者满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论非那雄胺联合经尿道前列腺等离子电切术治疗前列腺增生能够缩短患者住院时间,降低术中及术后并发症发生率,患者国际前列腺症状评分、生活质量评分均得到显著改善,患者满意度得到提升,临床疗效显著,建议进行推广应用。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of finasteride combined with transurethral plasma resection of prostate in the treatment of patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia.Methods 80 patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia treated in our hospital from January 2020 to October 2021 were randomly divided into average groups.The 40 patients in the control group were treated with transurethral plasma resection of the prostate,and the 40 patients in the experimental group were treated with finasteride combined with transurethral plasma resection of the prostate.After treatment,the treatment effects of the two groups were compared,and the relevant data were statistically analyzed.Results The operation time,intraoperative bleeding,postoperative hospital stay,postoperative urinary catheter extraction time and postoperative continuous bladder flushing time in the experimental group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05);the incidence of postoperative complications in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05);the International prostate symptom score(IPSS)and quality of life score(QOL)in the experimental group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05);the satisfaction of patients in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Finasteride combined with transurethral plasma resection of the prostate in the treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia can shorten the hospitalization time of patients,reduce the incidence of intraoperative and postoperative complications,significantly improve the scores of patients with excessive prostate symptoms and quality of life,improve the satisfaction of patients,and have significant clinical effect.It is suggested to popularize and apply it.
