雷火灸在慢性心力衰竭患者康复中的应用

Observations on the Efficacy of Thunder-fire Moxibustion in Cardiac Rehabilitation

目的本研究主要探讨雷火灸在慢性心力衰竭患者中的康复作用。方法选择广州市东升医院慢性心力衰竭患者,共60例,随机分为试验组与对照组,每组30例。对照组采用常规药物支持治疗及运动疗法,试验组在对照组的基础上加上雷火灸治疗,观察周期为三个月。对比治疗前后患者的心脏功能、中医症候指标及生活质量评定,明确雷火灸在心脏康复中的效果。结果干预后,干预组与对照组NTPro-BNP、中医症候积分、明尼苏达心衰生活质量评分均较干预前降低(P<0.05),试验组降低的幅度更为明显,两组之间的差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预后,干预组与对照组左室射血分数(EF)、六分钟步行距离(6MWT)均较干预前明显升高(P<0.05),试验组升高的幅度更为明显,两组之间的差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论雷火灸能提高慢性心力衰竭患者中的心脏功能及生活质量,突出中医“未病先防,既病防变”的治病优势。

Objective This study mainly explored the rehabilitation effect of thunder-fire moxibustion in patients with chronic heart failure.Methods A total of 60 patients with chronic heart failure in Guangzhou Dongsheng Hospital were selected and randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group,with 30 cases in each group.The control group received conventional drug support therapy and exercise therapy,while the treatment group received thunder-fire moxibustion on the basis of the control group,and the observation period was three months.The cardiac function,TCM symptom index and quality of life assessment of the patients before and after treatment were compared to clarify the effect of thunder-fire moxibustion in cardiac rehabilitation.Results After the intervention,the intra-group comparison showed that the NTPro-BNP,TCM symptom scores,and Minnesota heart failure quality of life scores in the treatment group and the control group were all lower than those before the intervention(P<0.05).The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After the intervention,compared within the group,the left ventricular ejection fraction(EF)and six-minute walking distance(6MWT)in the treatment group and the control group were significantly higher than those before the intervention(P<0.05),and the increase in the experimental group was more obvious,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Thunder-fire moxibustion can improve cardiac function and quality of life in patients with chronic heart failure.
