健肝乐颗粒治疗甲状腺功能亢进症伴肝功能异常对肝功能指标的影响评价

Evaluation of the Effect of Jianganle Granule on Liver Function Indexes in the Treatment of Hyperthyroidism with Abnormal Liver Function

目的探究与分析健肝乐颗粒治疗甲状腺功能亢进症伴肝功能异常对肝功能指标的影响。方法选取本院2019年7月-2021年3月收治的甲状腺功能亢进症伴肝功能异常患者104例,采取随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,每组各52例,对照组口服甘草酸二铵肠溶片治疗,观察组口服甘草酸二铵肠溶片+健肝乐颗粒治疗,两组均连续治疗4周,对比两组患者临床疗效、治疗前后肝功能、甲状腺功能指标、基础代谢率(BMR),观察停药后2周肝功能反跳率以及治疗期间不良反应。结果观察组的临床总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗后与对照组治疗后相比AST、ALT及TBiL较低,FT3较低、FT4较低、TSH较高,BMR较低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组停药2周后肝功能反跳率较低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论甘草酸二铵肠溶片联合健肝乐颗粒治疗甲状腺功能亢进症伴肝功能异常可获得较好的治疗效果,促进改善肝功能及甲状腺功能指标,停药后肝功能反跳率较低,安全性较高。

Objective To explore and analyze the effect of Jianganle Granules on liver function indexes in the treatment of hyperthyroidism with abnormal liver function.Methods A total of 104 patients with hyperthyroidism and abnormal liver function who were treated in our hospital from July 2019 to March 2021 were selected and randomly divided into the control group and the observation group by random number table method,52 cases in each group,and the control group was given oral licorice The observation group was treated with diammonium glycyrrhizinate enteric-coated tablets,and the observation group was treated with diammonium glycyrrhizinate enteric-coated tablets+Jianganle granules.Both groups were treated for 4 consecutive weeks,thyroid function indicators,basal metabolic rate(BMR),liver function rebound rate 2 weeks after drug withdrawal and adverse reactions during treatment were observed.Results The clinical total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with the control group after treatment,the observation group had lower AST,ALT,TBiL,FT3,FT4,and BMR,higher TSH,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The rebound rate of liver function in the observation group after drug withdrawal for 2 weeks was lower,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Diammonium glycyrrhizinate enteric-coated tablets combined with Jianganle granules in the treatment of hyperthyroidism with abnormal liver function can achieve good therapeutic effect,promote the improvement of liver function and thyroid function indicators,and the rebound rate of liver function after drug withdrawal is low,which is safe.
