扁桃体摘除联合鼻内窥镜腺样体切除治疗小儿鼾症临床效果观察

Clinical Effect of Tonsillectomy Combined with Nasal Endoscopic Adenoidectomy on Children with Snoring

目的探讨小儿鼾症病人接受扁桃体摘除联合鼻内窥镜腺样体切除治疗的疗效,观察患儿的术后恢复情况。方法选取本院2019年1月-2021年12月期间收治的96例小儿鼾症患儿作为研究对象,分为观察组(扁桃体摘除联合鼻内窥镜腺样体切除治疗)和对照组(扁桃体摘除联合腺样体刮除术)各48例,比较两组患儿的手术治疗效果。结果观察组患儿的治疗有效率高于对照组(χ^(2)=4.414,P<0.05),观察组患儿的术后并发症发生率与对照组对比无显著差异(χ^(2)=0.136,P>0.05),观察组患儿的复发率低于对照组(χ^(2)=4.444,P<0.05),观察组患儿的术中出血量以及术后的超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)水平低于对照组(t=14.517、17.998、12.826,P<0.05),观察组患儿的手术时间、住院时间比对照组更短(t=24.665、8.300,P<0.05)。结论在小儿鼾症的临床治疗中,实施扁桃体摘除术的基础上,联合鼻内窥镜腺样体切除治疗,可以获得良好的手术疗效,该术式在减轻手术创伤、降低术后复发风险等方面有着显著的优势。

Objective To investigate the efficacy of tonsillectomy combined with nasal endoscopic adenoidectomy in children with snoring,and to observe the postoperative recovery of children.Methods A total of 96 children with pediatric snoring admitted to our hospital from January 2019 to December 2021 were selected as the research objects.They were divided into the observation group(tonsillectomy combined with nasal endoscopic adenoidectomy)and the control group(tonsillectomy combined with adenoid curettage),with 48 cases in each group.Results The effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(χ^(2)=4.414,P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of postoperative complications between the observation group and the control group(χ^(2)=0.136,P>0.05).The recurrence rate of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(χ^(2)=4.444,P<0.05).The intraoperative blood loss and postoperative highsensitivity C-reactive protein(hs-CRP)level in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(t=14.517,17.998,12.826,P<0.05).The operation time and hospital stay of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group(t=24.665,8.300,P<0.05).Conclusion In the clinical treatment of pediatric snoring,tonsillectomy combined with nasal endoscopic adenoidectomy can obtain good surgical effect,which has significant advantages in reducing surgical trauma and reducing the risk of postoperative recurrence.
