靶向性护理对增强急性冠脉综合征患者双联抗血小板治疗依从性的评价

The Enhanced Effect of the Compliance of Dual Antiplatelet Drug to Patients with Acute Coronary Syndrome by Targeted Nursing Intervention

目的探讨科学的靶向性护理措施对增强急性冠脉综合征(ACS)患者双联抗血小板药物使用依从性的临床护理效果。方法将本院治疗的ACS患者120例依据随机原则分为研究组60例(予以靶向性护理措施)和对照组60例(予以常规护理措施)。疗程均为9个月,应用改良Morisky服药依从量表及服药依从性影响因素问卷评分评估依从性。比较两组焦虑程度及生活质量。结果与对照组相比,研究组的药物依从性的比例与评分显著较高(P<0.05),生活质量评分以及心理焦虑程度显著改善(P<0.05)。结论靶向性护理能够有效地增强ACS患者双联抗血小板药物服药依从性,缓解焦虑情绪,提高患者生活质量。

Objective To evaluate the enhanced effect of the compliance of dual antiplatelet drug to patients with acute coronary syndrome(ACS)by targeted nursing intervention.Methods A total of 120 patients with ACS in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups,which were research group(received individual nursing intervention)and control group(received routine nursing intervention).The course of disease was 9 months and each group had 60 cases.The drug compliance were analyzed by the Morisky drug compliance tests and the medication adherence factors questionnaire,and compared between two groups.The indexes of the psychological anxiety degree and life quality score were compared between two groups.Results Compared to control group,the ratio of drug compliance and the scores of questionnaire in research group were higher(P<0.05),and life quality score in research group were higher,and the psychological anxiety degree in research group were lower(P<0.05).Conclusion The targeted nursing intervention can obviously improve the drug compliance of dual antiplatelet drug to patients with ACS by targeted nursing intervention,and release the anxiety degree and improve the life quality.
