参芪扶正注射液对乳腺癌患者化疗不良反应和生活质量的影响

Effect of shenqi fuzheng injection on adverse reaction and quality of life in chemotherapeutic patients with breast cancer

目的 观察参芪扶正注射液对乳腺癌患者化疗不良反应及生活质量的影响。方法 将64例乳腺癌患者按照抽签法随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组32例。对照组采用含紫杉类药物化疗,治疗组在对照组基础上采用参芪扶正注射液辅助治疗。比较两组患者化疗期间不良反应发生情况、卡氏功能状态(KPS)评分及癌因性疲乏情况。结果 治疗组患者3~4级骨髓抑制、2~4级消化道反应发生率均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。两组患者生活质量改善率比较,差异无统计学意义(P﹥0.05)。治疗后,治疗组患者躯体疲乏、认知疲乏、情感疲乏评分均明显低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P﹤0.01)。结论 参芪扶正注射液辅助乳腺癌化疗可以减轻不良反应,改善癌因性疲乏,提高生活质量。

Objective To investigate the effect of shenqi fuzheng injection on adverse reaction and quality of life in chemotherapeutic patients with breast cancer. Method A total of 64 patients with breast cancer were selected and randomly divided into control group(n=32, treated with taxane) and treatment group(n=32, treated with taxane+shenqi fuzheng injection). The adverse reactions, Karnofsky performance status(KPS) score and cancer-related fatigue of the two groups were compared. Result The incidence of grade 3-4 myelosuppression, grade 2-4 gastrointestinal reactions in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05). There was no significant difference for the improvement rate of quality of life in two groups(P>0.05). After treatment, the scores of physical fatigue, cognitive fatigue and emotional fatigue in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.01). Conclusion Shenqi fuzheng injection assisted breast cancer chemotherapy may decrease the incidence of adverse reactions and improve the cancer-related fatigue and quality of life.
