新诊断2型糖尿病合并肥胖患者使用达格列净联合西格列汀治疗的效果探析

Efficacy of dagliazine combined with sitagliptin in the treatment of newly diagnosed type 2 diabetes mellitus patients with obesity

目的:研讨用达格列净联合西格列汀对新诊断的2型糖尿病合并肥胖患者进行治疗的临床效果。方法:选择常州市武进中医医院2022年2月至5月收治的新诊断2型糖尿病合并肥胖患者100例作为研究对象,按照随机数表法分为对照组和观察组,各50例。两组均接受常规对症治疗,对照组在此基础上给予达格列净,观察组在此基础上给予达格列净联合西格列汀,比较两组的疗效及各项临床指标。结果:治疗后,观察组空腹血糖(FPG)、餐后2小时血糖(2hPG)和糖化血红蛋白(GHb)的水平均低于对照组,其腰围和体质指数(BMI)均小于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的临床总有效率为96.00%,显著高于对照组的80.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗期间,观察组低血糖的发生率为2.00%,对照组低血糖的发生率为14.00%,组间相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:用达格列净联合西格列汀对新诊断的2型糖尿病合并肥胖患者进行治疗的效果显著,能有效控制血糖,减轻肥胖程度,降低低血糖的发生率,临床应用价值较高。

Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of dagliazine combined with sitagliptin in the treatment of newly diagnosed type 2 diabetes mellitus patients with obesity.Methods:A total of 100 newly diagnosed type 2 diabetes patients with obesity admitted to Changzhou Wujin Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from February to May 2022 were selected as research objects,and were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,with 50 cases in each group.Both groups received conventional symptomatic treatment,the control group was given dagliazine on this basis,the observation group was given dagliazine combined with sitagliptin on this basis,and the efficacy and various clinical indicators of the two groups were compared.Results:After treatment,the levels of fasting blood glucose(FPG),2 hours post-meal blood glucose(2hPG)and glycosylated hemoglobin(GHb)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and waist circumference and body mass index(BMI)were lower than those in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).The total clinical effective rate of the observation group was 96.00%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group(80.00%),th e difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).During the treatment period,the incidence of hypoglycemia was 2.00%in the observation group and 14.00%in the control group,and the difference between groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:Dagliazine combined with sitagliptin has a significant effect in the treatment of newly diagnosed type 2 diabetes patients with obesity,which can effectively control blood sugar,reduce the degree of obesity and reduce the incidence of hypoglycemia,and has high clinical application value.
