2019~2021年某院镇静催眠抗焦虑药物使用分析

Analysis of the use of sedative-hypnotic anti-anxiety drugs in our hospital from 2019 to 2021

目的了解南通市第四人民医院镇静催眠抗焦虑药物的使用情况及用药趋势,为临床合理应用提供参考。方法选取某院2019~2021年镇静催眠抗焦虑药物的相关信息,统计其使用数量、销售金额、用药频度(DDDs)、排序比(B/A)及限定日费用(DDC)等数据。结果某院镇静催眠抗焦虑药使用情况呈逐年增长趋势,三年总增长率为63.60%;苯二氮[艹卓]类和非苯二氮[艹卓]类2021年构成比共为77.84%,占据主导地位;枸橼酸坦度螺酮胶囊、右佐匹克隆片和奥沙西泮片占据销售金额前三位;DDDs始终排名前3位的为阿普唑仑片、氯硝西泮片和右佐匹克隆片;劳拉西泮片、酒石酸唑吡坦、盐酸丁螺环酮片、硝西泮片、谷维素片B/A趋于1。结论新型镇静催眠抗焦虑药物因其选择性高、不良反应小逐渐取代传统药物成为一线药物,医生在临床镇静催眠治疗焦虑时应该根据药物药理、患者疾病特点充分考虑不良反应及性价比,选择合适的药物,个体化用药,达到合理用药目的。

Objective To understand the use and trend of sedative-hypnotic anti-anxiety drugs in Nantong Fourth People’s Hospital,and provide some reference for rational clinical application.Methods The relevant information of sedative-hypnotic anti-anxiety drugs in our hospital from 2019 to 2021 was selected,and the data such as the number of use,sales amount,frequency of drug use(DDDs),ranking ratio(B/A)and limited daily cost(DDC)were counted.Results The use of sedative-hypnotic anti-anxiety drugs in our hospital is increasing year by year,with a total growth rate of 63.60%in three years;benzodiazepines and non-benzodiazepines will account for a total of 77.84%in 2021,occupying a dominant position;citrate tandospirone capsules,eszopiclone tablets and oxazepam tablets occupy the top three in terms of sales value;the top 3DDDs are alprazolam tablets,clonazepam tablets and eszopiclone Tablets;B/A of lorazepam tablets,zolpidem tartrate,buspirone hydrochloride tablets,nitrazepam tablets,and oryzanol tablets tended to be 1.Conclusion New sedative-hypnotic anti-anxiety drugs have gradually replaced traditional drugs as first-line drugs because of their high selectivity and small adverse reactions.Doctors should fully consider adverse reactions and cost-effectiveness according to drug pharmacology and patient disease characteristics when clinically treating sedative-hypnotic anxiety.Choose appropriate drugs,individualized medication,to achieve the purpose of rational medication.
