蛤蚧定喘胶囊联合孟鲁司特对支气管哮喘患者外周血IL-25、EOS和IL-35水平的影响

Effects of Gejie Dingchuan Capsule combined with montelukast on the levels of IL-25,EOS and IL-35 in peripheral blood of patients with bronchial asthma

目的研究蛤蚧定喘胶囊联合孟鲁司特对支气管哮喘患者外周血白介素-25(IL-25)、嗜酸性粒细胞(EOS)和白细胞介素-35(IL-35)水平的影响。方法选择2019年1月~2021年12月某院收治的126例支气管哮喘患者,随机分为两组。对照组单用孟鲁司特治疗,观察组采用蛤蚧定喘胶囊联合孟鲁司特治疗。检测两组的第一秒用力呼气量占所有呼气量的比值(FEV_(1)/FVC)、外周血IL-25水平、最大呼气中期流速(MMF)、EOS、呼气峰值流速(PEF)和IL-35水平。结果观察组的咳嗽消失天数、喘息消失天数、肺内哮鸣音消失天数和气短消失天数更短(P<0.05);治疗前,两组的FEV_(1)/FVC、MMF以及PEF差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后,两组的PEF、FEV_(1)/FVC以及MMF均明显升高(P<0.05),且观察组更加明显(P<0.05);治疗前,两组的外周血IL-25、EOS和IL-35水平差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后,两组的外周血IL-25、EOS水平均明显降低(P<0.05),外周血IL-35水平均明显升高(P<0.05),且观察组的外周血IL-25、EOS水平均明显低于对照组(P<0.05),外周血IL-35水平明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论蛤蚧定喘胶囊联合孟鲁司特可通过调节支气管哮喘患者的外周血IL-25、EOS和IL-35水平,发挥显著的治疗效果。

Objective To study the effects of Gejie Dingchuan Capsule combined with montelukast on the levels of interleukin-25(IL-25),eosinophils(EOS)and interleukin-35(IL-35)in peripheral blood of patients with bronchial asthma.Methods Selected 126 cases of patients with bronchial asthma who were treated in our hospital from January 2019 to December 2021,divided into two groups randomly.The control group was treated with montelukast alone,and the observation group was treated with Gejie Dingchuan Capsule combined with montelukast.The disappearance time of cough,panting,wheezing of lung and shortness of breath in the two groups were recorded.The ratio of forced expiratory volume to forced vital capacity(FEV_(1)/FVC),maximum mid expiratory flow rate(MMF),peak expiratory flow rate(PEF),peripheral blood IL-25,EOS and IL-35 were measured.Results The disappearance time of cough,panting,wheezing of lung and shortness of breath in the observation group was significantly shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in FEV_(1)/FVC,MMF and PEF between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,FEV_(1)/FVC,MMF and PEF in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05),there was no significant difference in the levels of IL-25,EOS and IL-35 in peripheral blood between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the levels of IL-25 and EOS in peripheral blood decreased significantly(P<0.05),and the levels of IL-35 in peripheral blood increased significantly(P<0.05).The levels of IL-25 and EOS in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05),and the level of IL-35 in peripheral blood was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Gejie Dingchuan Capsule combined with montelukast can play a significant therapeutic effect by regulating the levels of IL-25,EOS and IL-35 in peripheral blood of patients with bronchial asthma.
