摘要
一碳代谢是指在某些代谢中产生含有一碳基团的反应,产生的一碳基团能够参与合成核苷酸、底物甲基化和氧化还原。一碳代谢途径主要包括丝氨酸、甘氨酸、甲硫氨酸、色氨酸和组氨酸等氨基酸代谢以及叶酸代谢,其中间产物对肿瘤的发生、发展起着重要的作用。乳腺癌是女性最常见的恶性肿瘤之一,其发病率和病死率较高。一碳代谢途径与乳腺癌的发生、发展有着密切的关系,它的中间产物以及相关基因已成为诊断、预后的新指标,也是治疗的新靶点。本文简要综述一碳代谢主要途径在乳腺癌中的研究进展,为今后的研究提供参考依据。
One-carbon metabolism refers to the reaction containing one carbon group in some metabolisms.The resulting one-carbon group can participate in the synthesis of nucleotides,substrate methylation and redox.Onecarbon metabolism pathway mainly includes serine,glycine,methionine,tryptophan,histidine and other amino acid metabolisms as well as folic acid metabolism,among which the meta metabolites play an important role in the occurrence and development of tumors.Breast cancer is one of the most common malignant tumors in women with high morbidity and mortality rate.One-carbon metabolism pathway is closely related to the occurrence and development of breast cancer.Its intermediate metabolites and related genes have become new indicators of diagnosis and prognosis,as well as new targets for treatment.This article briefly reviews the research progress on the major pathway of one-carbon metabolism in breast cancer to provide references for future research.
