摘要
为完善以医疗管理部门为核心的突发公共卫生事件下的疫情防控管理工作的能力,本文通过分析疫情常态化防控的管理过程与工作的主要内容,运用层次分析(AHP)法建立了三层次的系统评价矩阵,以此构建了突发公共卫生事件下疫情防控管理工作的综合性评价系统,通过权重的形式计算了管理运营工作中各细则指标的相对重要性,并根据各项指标的计算结果提出了合理的评价研究意见。通过此评价系统可以优化医疗管理部门的系统结构,对疫情防控管理的运营工作具有指导意义。
In order to improve the ability of epidemic prevention and control management under public health emergencies with medical management departments as the core,this paper analyzes the management process and main contents of epidemic normalization prevention and control,and uses the analytic hierarchy process(AHP)method to establish a three-level system evaluation matrix.In order to construct a comprehensive evaluation system for epidemic prevention and control management under public health emergencies,the relative importance of each rule index in management and operation work is calculated in the form of weights,and reasonable evaluation research opinions are put forward according to the calculation results of each index.Through this evaluation system,the system structure of the medical management department can be optimized,which has guiding significance for the operation of epidemic prevention and control management.
