经腹部联合阴道超声在妇产科急腹症诊断中的应用价值

The Application Value of Transabdominal Combined with Transvaginal Ultrasound in the Diagnosis of Acute Abdomen in Obstetrics and Gynecology Department

目的分析经腹部超声(TAS)联合阴道超声(TVS)在妇产科急腹症诊断中的应用价值。方法以2019年1月-2021年12月赣州市赣县区妇幼保健院收治的68例妇产科急腹症患者为研究对象,依次给予TAS与TVS检查,比较其单独检查与联合检查对妇产科急腹症的检出作用、诊断准确性、检测与诊断时间。结果联合检测对异位妊娠、黄体破裂、急性盆腔炎的检出率高于单一TAS及TVS检测(P<0.05);联合检测的诊断准确率高于单一TAS及TVS检测(P<0.05);联合检测的检查时间长于单一TAS及TVS检测(P<0.05),但诊断时间短于单一TAS及TVS检测(P<0.05)。结论TAS联合TVS在多种妇产科急腹症中均具有较好的检出作用,且诊断准确性高,诊断时间短。

Objective To analyze the application value of transabdominal ultrasound(TAS)combined with transvaginal ultrasound(TVS)in the diagnosis of acute abdomen in obstetrics and gynecology.Methods From January 2019 to December 2021,68 patients with acute abdomen in obstetrics and gynecology department admitted to Ganzhou County Maternal and Child Health Hospital were selected as the research objects.TAS and TVS were given in turn.The detection effect,diagnostic accuracy,detection and diagnosis time of acute abdomen in obstetrics and gynecology by single examination and combined examination were compared.Results The detection rate of combined detection of ectopic pregnancy,corpus luteum rupture and acute pelvic inflammatory disease was higher than that of single TAS and TVS(P<0.05).The diagnostic accuracy of combined detection was higher than that of single TAS and TVS detection(P<0.05).The examination time of combined detection was longer than that of single TAS and TVS detection(P<0.05),but the diagnosis time was shorter than that of single TAS and TVS detection(P<0.05).Conclusion TAS combined with TVS has a good detection effect in a variety of gynecological acute abdomen,with high diagnostic accuracy and short diagnostic time.
