心衰早期预警联合SBAR模式在冠心病心衰患者中的应用效果研究

Study on the Application Effect of Early Warning of Heart Failure Combined with SBAR Mode in Patients with Coronary Heart Disease and Heart Failure

目的研究心衰早期预警评分联合SBAR模式在冠心病心衰患者中的应用效果。方法选取2018年10月-2021年3月鹰潭市人民医院收治的100例冠心病心衰患者及40名护士作为研究对象。按照随机数字表法将患者和护士分别分为对照组与观察组。对照组采用急性心力衰竭早期预警评分联合常规护理,观察组在常规护理基础上应用急性心力衰竭早期预警评分联合SBAR模式,比较两组住院时间、患者满意度、护士评判性思维态度倾向性量表(CTDI-CV)评分及医护满意度。结果观察组住院时间短于对照组,患者满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组护理后CTDI-CV各维度评分高于护理前,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组医护满意度各维度评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论急性心力衰竭早期预警联合SBAR模式可缩短冠心病心衰患者的住院时间,同时改善护士的评判性思维能力,提升患者及医护满意度。

Objective To study the application effect of heart failure early warning score combined with SBAR model in patients with coronary heart disease and heart failure.Methods A total of 100 patients with coronary heart disease and heart failure and 40 nurses admitted to Yingtan People’s Hospital from October 2018 to March 2021 were selected as the study subjects.Patients and nurses were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table.The control group was treated with early warning score of acute heart failure combined with routine nursing,and the observation group was treated with early warning score of acute heart failure combined with SBAR model on the basis of routine nursing.The hospitalization time,patient satisfaction,Critical Thinking Disposition Inventory-Chinese Version(CTDI-CV)score and medical satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The hospitalization time of the observation group was shorter than that of the control group,and the patient satisfaction was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The CTDI-CV scores of each dimension in the two groups after nursing were higher than those before nursing,and those in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The medical satisfaction scores of each dimension in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Acute heart failure early warning combined with SBAR model can shorten the hospitalization time of patients with coronary heart disease and heart failure,improve the critical thinking ability of nurses,and improve the satisfaction of patients and medical care.
