“一带一路”背景下西藏本土高校南亚小语种人才培养可行性研究——以尼泊尔语专业学科建设为例

A Feasibility Study on Cultivating South Asian Languages'Talents in the Colleges and Universities in Tibet in the Context of“the Belt and Road”Construction-Taking the Discipline Construction of Nepali Language as an Example

随着“一带一路”建设的不断推进,中尼关系得到进一步发展,对尼泊尔语言人才的需求日益突出和迫切。西藏本土高校发挥边疆高校的区位优势,积极探索尼泊尔语专业建设及人才培养模式,这不仅有助于拓宽西藏外语专业的教育领域,提升西藏外语学科服务地方经济社会发展、服务国家战略的能力,还有助于缓解面向南亚小语种人才资源不足的问题,并对今后南亚其他小语种人才的培养及助力“一带一路”高质量发展具有重要的现实意义。

With the continuous promotion of"the Belt and Road"construction,the relationship between China and Nepal has been further developed,and the demand for Nepali language talents has become more and more promi⁃nent and urgent.The local colleges and universities in Tibet should take advantage offrontier ones and actively explore the discipline construction and talent training mode of Nepali language.It will not only helps to increase foreign language majors of the local colleges and universitiesin Tibet,and improve the capacity of foreign lan⁃guage discipline to serve national strategy and local economic and social development,but also be conductive to alleviate the problem of insufficient South Asia languages'talents.It is also of great practical significance for Ti⁃bet's local colleges and universities to cultivate for eignlanguage talents in the future,especially,the languages of South Asia,and the high-quality development of"the Belt and the Road".
