火力发电厂风机调节优化简析

摘要 随着节能减排、“双碳”目标等政策的推出,以消耗煤炭资源为主的火力发电厂面临着重大的挑战。目前火力发电厂采用的发电机组大部分是发电效率较高的机组,已经很难再有突破,为了适应节能减排政策,风机调节的改造成了火力发电厂优化的重点方向。首先介绍了风机特性曲线及工况调节的基本原理,其次结合电厂实际对风机调节应用及优缺点进行了简单的介绍,最后提出了电厂风机调节的几个要点,旨在为电厂风机调节优化提供一定的帮助。 With the introduction of energy saving and emission reduction, "dual carbon" goals and other policies, coal-intensive fossil-fuel power plants are facing major challenges. At present, most of the electric generators used in thermal power plants are highly efficient generating units, and it is difficult to make a breakthrough. In order to adapt to the energy saving and emission reduction policies, the transformation of fan regulation has become the focus of optimization of thermal power plants. This paper first introduced the characteristic curve of the fan and the basic principle of the working condition adjustment, briefly introduced the application of the fan adjustment and its advantages and disadvantages combined with the actual situation of the power plant,and finally put forward several key points of the fan adjustment in power plants to provide some help for the adjustment and optimization of fans in power plants.
