摘要
随着寺河煤矿产能接替工程的深入推进,地质条件趋于复杂,掘进速度快,普通钻机钻孔探测距离短,施工频次高,探测精度低,每轮次施工探测钻孔都需要做钻场,影响掘进有效进尺,严重制约了生产。定向钻机的应用提高了钻孔的精度和探测距离,对地质构造能精准预控,可提前采取措施制定采掘计划,提高掘进效率,有效缓解衔接紧张问题。对地质构造分析中定向长距离钻探的应用进行了分析。
With the further development of Sihe Coal Mine’s capacity replacement project, the geological conditions tend to be complex, the tunneling speed is fast, the drilling detection distance of ordinary drilling rigs is short, the construction frequency is high, and the detection accuracy is low. Each round of construction exploration drilling requires drilling sites, which affects the effective footage of tunneling and severely restricts production. The application of directional drilling machine has improved the drilling accuracy and detection distance, and can accurately precontrol the geological structure. Measures can be taken in advance to formulate the mining plan, improve the tunneling efficiency, and effectively alleviate the tight connection. This paper analyzed the application of directional long distance drilling in geological structure analysis.
