随着国家对环境污染的治理力度加大,污水的处理变得更加迫切。为了提高污水的处理效果,需要实现污水处理设备的自动控制。通过分析污水处理自动控制的必要性,主要包括提高污水处理的效率、改善污水处理的效果以及节省污水处理的成本,探讨了污水处理设备自动化的实现,即软件的实现和硬件的实现,最后探讨了基于PLC的污水处理设备自动控制,可以为污水的高效处理提供一定的参考。

With the increased national efforts to control environmental pollution, the treatment of sewage has become more urgent.In order to improve the effect of sewage treatment, it is necessary to realize the automatic control of sewage treatment equipment.By analyzing the necessity of automatic control of sewage treatment, mainly including improving the efficiency of sewage treatment,improving the effect of sewage treatment and saving the cost of sewage treatment, this paper discussed the realization of automation of sewage treatment equipment, i.e., the realization of software and hardware, and finally discussed the automatic control of sewage treatment equipment based on PLC, which can provide some reference for the efficient treatment of sewage.
