摘要 燃煤机组深度调峰安全稳定运行及氮氧化物排放控制是近年来火电机组试验及研究的一项重点,研究大型机组低负荷运行是必要的。通过对一电厂600 MW超临界前后墙对冲燃煤锅炉深度调峰以及20%低负荷运行进行试验,分析了炉膛内温度变化、 SCR脱硝系统入口温度变化以及20%负荷湿态运行时的关键参数,表明该锅炉在无投油的情况下20%负荷稳燃能力良好,为运行深度调峰提供了参考。 The safe and stable operation of deep peak regulation and nitrogen oxide emission control of coal-fired units are the focus of thermal power unit experiments and research in recent years, and it is necessary to study the low-load operation of large units. By testing the deep peak regulation and 20% low-load operation of the 600 MW supercritical boiler with front and rear wall hedge of a power plant, this paper analyzed the temperature change in the furnace, the inlet temperature change of the SCR denitration system and the key parameters of the wet operation of 20% load, which showed that the boiler had good flame stability at 20% load without oil feeding, and provided a reference for the deep peak regulation of the operation.
