坚持人民至上是中国共产党奋斗百年的宝贵历史经验,是新时代中国共产党的鲜明特征。马克思主义唯物史观、中华优秀传统文化中的民本思想和中国化马克思主义的实践提炼构成坚持人民至上的理论渊源。中国共产党奋斗百年,形成了以下历史经验,即:把人民当作主体,一切依靠人民;把人民当作目的,一切为了人民;把人民当作尺度,坚持人民至上。为此,在新时代要继续坚持人民至上,赓续传承为人民谋幸福的初心使命,扎实推进全体人民共同富裕,积极发展全过程人民民主。
