S-O-R理论视角下网络用户信息茧房成因要素研究

An Empirical Study on the Genetic Factors of Internet Users’Information Cocoon Based on S-O-R Theory

为了明晰网络用户信息茧房的形成规律和作用路径,有效化解群体极化、信息茧房等社会现象对于用户个人和社会发展的风险。本研究借鉴S-O-R理论框架构建了网络用户信息茧房成因要素研究模型,以此为基础设计测量量表,通过问卷数据对构建的模型及提出的假设进行了验证。研究结果显示,信息兴趣是导致网络用户形成信息茧房的关键要素,信息素养是网络用户破解信息茧房的重要因素;信息算法会导致网络用户信息窄化,但是对于群体极化和信息茧房的作用不显著。据此提出关注网络用户信息兴趣、优化信息算法、提升网络用户信息素养的对策与建议。

In order to clarify the formation regular and action path of Internet users’information cocoon,and effectively resolve the risks of group polarization,information cocoon and other social phenomena to users’personal and social development.Based on the S-O-R theoretical framework,this study constructs a research model on the genetic elements of Internet users’information cocoon,designs a measurement scale,and verifies the model and assumptions through questionnaire data.The results show that information interest is the key factor leading to the formation of information cocoon for Internet users,and information literacy is an important factor for Internet users to crack the information cocoon.Information algorithm will narrow the information of Internet users,but it has no significant effect on group polarization and information cocoon.As a result,this paper puts forward countermeasures and suggestions to pay attention to the information interest of Internet users,optimize information algorithms and improve the information literacy of Internet users.
