信息在地震应急中的重要作用和观念转变分析

Importance of Information in Earthquake Response and Concept Changes

本文首先以2015年7月新疆皮山地震为例,解释地震信息对地震应急救援的重要作用;简析在2022年9月5日泸定地震处置中应急能力同以往有较大幅度提升的几种表现,尤其指出精准、快速的地震信息,为救灾奠定了基础;最后分析介绍了近些年在地震速报、预警技术发展中两个观念的转变。

This paper takes the earthquake in Pishan, Xinjiang in July, 2015 as an example to explain the important role of information in earthquake emergency rescue. Besides, the paper briefly analyzes the emergency response in Luding earthquake on Sept. 5th, 2022, which is greatly improved, especially in the aspect of accurate and rapid seismic information. Finally, the paper introduces the changes of the two concepts in the development of earthquake quick report and early warning technology in recent years.
