摘要 泸定地震应急救援中,Ka高通量卫星网络为救灾行动提供了强有力支撑,累计开通24条应急链路,提供了1964GB流量资源,最大下行速率150Mbps,最大上行速率21.6Mbps,具备终端产品便携易通、系统网络高速稳定的特点,有力保障了救援行动顺利开展,充分验证了Ka高通量卫星网络在应急通信保障中的重要作用,也为今后的应用发展提供了有益经验。 In the emergency rescue of the Luding earthquake, the Ka-band high-throughput satellite network provided strong support for disaster rescue operations. A total of 24 emergency links were opened, providing 1,964 GB network traffic, with a maximum downlink rate of 150 Mbps and a maximum uplink rate of 21.6 Mbps. The terminal products are portable and easy to access while the system network is fast and stable, which effectively guarantees the rescue operations. The application proves the importance of Ka-band high-throughput satellite network in emergency communication support, and also provides useful experience for future application and development.
