摘要
本文剖析创新生态系统韧性对经济高质量发展的影响机理,收集2009—2020年30个省份的创新与经济发展的面板数据,采用门槛效应模型测度创新生态系统韧性及其通过成果转化对经济高质量发展的影响效应,运用SPSS软件对创新生态系统韧性进行聚类分析。研究发现:(1)从空间上看,创新生态系统韧性区域聚类特征显著,它可分为4个板块:区域龙头型、东、中、西部主导型。板块中各省市的韧性结构特征呈现异质性。(2)从时间上看,东部的龙头型省份一直领先,中部、西南西北的智力密集省份进步明显。龙头型、智力密集型省市创新生态系统韧性与经济高质量发展呈现高度相关。(3)创新生态系统韧性自身对经济高质量发展存在正向双门槛影响且边际效应递增;创新成果转化对经济高质量发展存在正向双门槛影响且边际效应波浪式递增。
This paper analyzes the impact mechanism of innovation ecosystem resilience on high-quality economic development,collects panel data on innovation and economic development in 30 provinces in China from 2009 to 2020,and uses threshold effect models to measure innovation ecosystem resilience and its impact on the economy high-quality development through the transformation of results,using SPSS software to cluster the resilience of the innovation ecosystem.The research results are as follows.(1)From a spatial point of view,the regional clustering characteristics of the resilience of the innovation ecosystem are significant,which can be divided into four plates,named as the regional leader type,the eastern,central and western dominant type.The resilience structure characteristics of the provinces in the plate are heterogeneous.(2)In terms of time,the leading provinces in the east have been leading the way,while the intelligence-intensive provinces and cities in the central,southwest,and northwest have made significant progress.The resilience of the innovation ecosystem of leading and intelligence-intensive provinces is highly correlated with high-quality economic development.(3)The resilience of the innovation ecosystem itself has a positive double-threshold effect on high-quality economic development,and the marginal effect first increases;the transformation of innovation achievements has a positive double-threshold effect on the high-quality economic development,and the marginal effects increase in waves.
