高职院校扩招后教学质量的评价、考核与改进

摘要 高职院校需要结合经济社会高质量发展,厘清高职院校扩招与教学质量提升的相容性与矛盾性,从促进评价主体多元化、实现评价方式的多样化和促进评价指标科学化等方面,完善质量评价与考核创新等途径,有效保障教学质量管理走向多样化、教学质量标准突出应用导向、优化教学质量管理队伍结构等新要求。 Higher vocational colleges need combine the high quality development of economy and society to clarify the compatibility and contradiction between the expansion of higher vocational colleges and the improvement of teaching quality and improve the quality evaluation and assessment innovation from the aspects of promoting the diversification of evaluation subjects,realizing the diversification of evaluation methods and promoting the scientific evaluation indicators,etc.Some new requirements should be effectively guaranteed which include the diversification of teaching quality management,the application orientation of teaching quality standards and the optimization of teaching quality management team structure.
