电类专业“三平台、三融合、三导向”实践育人模式探索与实践

Exploration and Practice of Practice Teaching Mode Based on“Three Platforms,Three Integration and Three Guidance”in Electricity Specialties

实践育人模式是高素质应用型人才培养的基石,针对电类专业学生主动实践意识不足,应用能力、工程实践和创新精神缺乏等问题,依据“学生中心、三趣引导”的思路,提出了“三平台、三融合、三导向”的实践育人模式。依托构建的“专业实践、创新实践、校企育人”三个实践平台,在三个课堂的“链接、支撑、互补”框架下,培养乐趣、激发兴趣、树立志趣,调动了学生实践的主动性和积极性,培养了学生实践能力、创新精神和工程素质。

The mode of practical education is the cornerstone of the cultivation of high-quality applied talents.In view of the lack of awareness of active practice and the insufficiency of application ability,engineering practice and innovative spirit of students majoring in electricity,a practical education model with“three platforms,three classrooms and three directions”is proposed based on the idea of“student-centered and three interest guidance”.Relying on the three practice platforms of“professional practice,innovative practice and school enterprise education”under the“link,support and complementarity”mode of three classes could cultivate students’fun,stimulate students’interest and establish students’ambition.Practice shows that the practical reform has mobilized students’initiative and enthusiasm in practice and cultivated practical ability,innovative spirit and engineering quality.
