摘要
推动被动式建筑在我国大规模发展具有重要意义,采用系统动力学理论,将被动式建筑的产量提升系统分为市场需求、政府政策、开发商获得经济效益、节能环保意识4个子系统,构建被动式建筑产量提升模型,分析各个子系统的内部关系,建立被动式建筑产量提升系统的反馈回路,绘制存量流量图,找出影响被动式建筑推进的关键因素并进行敏感性分析,并提出被动式建筑产量提升的实施战略。
Promoting passive buildings is of great significance in the large-scale development of China.In this study,system dynamics theory is used to divide the ramp-up of the passive construction system into four subsystems,including the market demand subsystem,the government policy subsystem,the developers’ economic benefits subsystem,and energy conservation and environmental protection consciousness subsystem.The passive construction production promotion model is built,and analysis of each subsystem is conducted.Then,the internal relations of passive construction hoisting system of the output feedback loop are built to draw the stock flow chart.After that,the key factors influencing the passive construction propulsion are found,and a sensitivity analysis is conducted to propose several passive construction production promoting strategies.
