老旧小区改造可持续推进影响因素研究

Study on Influence Factors of the Renovation Progress of Old Residential Communities

我国经历了城镇化快速发展时期,进入以城市更新为主的新阶段,老旧小区改造是城市更新的重要部分,各地政府按相关部署推动老旧小区改造,取得成效的同时,矛盾与问题不断显现。在此背景下,将老旧小区改造可持续推进的影响因素作为研究对象,通过文献阅读、案例研究及专家访谈形成影响因素指标体系,建立基于DEMATEL-AISM的老旧小区改造推进影响因素系统模型,展示了各影响因素间的作用路径,对模型中影响因素的逻辑关系进行了分析。针对关键影响因素,提出相关建议,以期为今后的老旧小区改造工作提供参考。

China has experienced rapid urbanization and has entered a new stage of urban renewal.The renovation of old communities is an important part of urban renewal.Local governments have promoted the renovation of old residential communities in accordance with relevant deployments,and have achieved remarkable results.At the same time,problems continue to emerge.This paper takes the factors influencing the progress of the renovation of old communities as the research object.The influencing factors were selected through literature reading,case studies and expert interviews,and then a system model of influencing factors for the renovation of old residential areas based on DEMATEL-AISM was established,which showed the action paths among various factors.Analyze the logical relationship of the influencing factors in the model,and put forward relevant suggestions for the key influencing factors.The research results are expected to provide guidance for the future work of the renovation of old residential communities.
