摘要
为进一步从个体角度研究建筑工人不安全行为的发生机理,通过分析现有文献和问卷调研数据构建建筑工人不安全行为结构方程模型。基于结构方程模型与决策试验和评价试验法,确定建筑工人不安全行为发生关键路径机理模型,并提出针对性干预措施。结果表明:安全能力是影响不安全行为的最全面因素,提高安全能力并辅以改善安全参与能力可以显著遏制不安全行为。
To further study the mechanism of unsafe behavior of construction workers from the perspective of an individual worker,a structural equation model was constructed by analyzing the existing literature and questionnaire survey data.Based on the structural equation model,decision-making trial,and evaluation laboratory,the critical path mechanism model was determined,and targeted intervention measures were put forward.The results show that safety ability was the most comprehensive factor affecting unsafe behaviors.Improving safety ability and improving safety participation ability can significantly reduce unsafe behaviors.
