区块链技术应用于建筑业信息管理的影响因素研究 被引量:2

摘要 随着建筑业日新月异的发展,数据体量巨增形成的数据壁垒,严重影响管理资源的协同,传统管理模式已无法满足数字化转型的需求。区块链技术作为时代核心技术,其突出的优势是可解决建筑业目前存在的痛点与难点。首先识别出区块链技术应用于建筑业信息管理的16个影响因素,通过DEMATEL模型分析因素的因果关系及影响程度。采用ISM模型分析因素间的层级结构及作用路径。基于组合模型DEMATEL-ISM对影响因素展开深入系统地分析,得到影响区块链技术应用于建筑业信息管理的5个关键因素,并提出推进措施。 With the rapid development of the construction industry,the huge increase of data volume forms data barriers,which seriously affects the collaboration of management resources.In this way,the traditional management mode can no longer meet the needs of digital transformation.As the core technology of this era,the blockchain technology has outstanding advantageous features thatcan solve the pain points and difficulties existing in the construction industry at present.First,16 influencing factors are identified for the application of blockchain technology to information management in the construction industry.Then,the causal relationship and the degree of influence of the factors are analyzed through the DEMATEL model.In the mean time,the hierarchical structure and the path of action among the factors are analyzed by the ISM model.Finally,based on the combined DEMATEL-ISM model,an in-depth and systematic analysis of the influencing factors is carried out.As a result,five key factors affecting the application of blockchain technology to information management in the construction industry are obtained,and measures to promote them are proposed.
