Postoperative nursing of 3 patients with urosepsis after surgical treatment for urolithiasis

尿源性脓毒血症是泌尿系结石术后非常严重的并发症。本文总结了3例泌尿系结石术后并发尿源性脓毒血症患者的术后护理经验,包括术前预防、饮食护理、高热处理、心理干预、药物护理等,以期为预防及处理泌尿系结石术后并发尿源性脓毒血症提供一定的参考。

Urosepsis is a very serious complication after surgical treatment for urolithiasis.This paper summarized the postoperative nursing management of 3 patients with urosepsis after surgical treatment for urolithiasis.Key issues of nursing included preoperative prevention,diet guidance,intervention of preventing and controlling hyperpyrexia,psychological care and medi⁃cation care.Tips and suggestions were also provided for the prevention and treatment of urosepsis after surgical treatment for urolithiasis.
