摘要
本文总结1例采用梅花针联合光动力疗法(PDT)治疗老年日光性角化病(AK)的护理经验。皮损处预处理、避光和疼痛干预是AK护理要点,同时开展全面的健康教育,有助于缓解患者负面情绪,提高治疗依从性,进而促进患者早日康复。
This paper summarized the nursing experience of an elderly patients with actinic keratosis(AK)who were treated with Traditional Chinese Medicine Plum-blossom needle and ALA photodynamic therapy.Key issues of AK nursing were skin preconditioning,protected from light exposure and pain control.A comprehensive education was carried out to relieve the nega⁃tive emotions and recovery of the patient.
