摘要
本文总结1例食管癌术后老年患者行肺叶切除手术的护理经验。患者为老年特殊人群,基于患者实际情况,做好术前护理,同时积极防治术后房颤,确保患者生命安全的同时,针对性预防出血、血栓、应激性胃溃疡等并发症,辅助患者早期下床活动,促进早日康复。
This paper summarized the nursing experience of an elderly patient who underwent pulmonary lobectomy after esophageal cancer surgery.Given the age of the patient,preoperative nursing intervention were carried out to reduce the risks of the treatment.Key issues of postopera⁃tive nursing included prevention of postoperative atrial fibrillation,targeted interventions on hem⁃orrhage,thrombosis,stress gastric ulcer and other compilations,early rehabilitation exercise.
