摘要
本文总结1例经皮内镜下胃造瘘术(PEG)患者的护理体会,包括术前仪器物品的准备,术中操作过程配合,以及术后患者心理护理、造瘘管护理、肠内营养护理、并发症预防和健康宣教等措施,通过开展精准的围术期护理,以达到提高患者营养水平、减少并发症及改善预后的目的。
This paper summarized the nursing management for a case of percutaneous endoscopic gastrostomy,including the preparation of preoperative instruments and articles,intraoperative op⁃eration process,postoperative psychological care,fistula stomy care,enteral nutrition care,com⁃plication prevention and health education.Through preoperative and postoperative nursing,the aim was to improve patient nutritional status,reduce complications and improve prognosis.
