Progress in research of nursing practice patterns for patients with nonalcoholic fatty liver disease

非酒精性脂肪肝(NAFLD)是一种潜在的严重肝病,是目前全世界慢性肝病最常见的病因,造成严重的健康负担,并具有广泛的社会和经济影响。本研究综述国内外NAFLD患者的护理实践模式,主要包括多学科协作护理模式和临床护理路径模式,总结护理研究现状,并提出优化NAFLD患者优质护理服务的建议,旨在为临床护理实践提供参考。

Nonalcoholic fatty liver disease(NAFLD)is a potentially serious liver disease.It is currently the most common cause of chronic liver disease worldwide,affecting about one fourth of the global adult population,causing serious health burden and has a wide range of social and economic impacts.This article reviewed the nursing practice patterns of patients with NAFLD,mainly including Multidisciplinary Care pattern and Clinical Nursing Pathway pattern.Combined with the current state of NAFLD nursing researches,suggestions were provided to optimize high-quality nursing services for patients with NAFLD,in order to provide references for clinical nursing.
