针灸治疗联合中医护理在带状疱疹后神经疼痛患者中的应用

Application of acupuncture therapy combined with Traditional Chinese Medicine nursing for patients with postherpetic neuralgia

目的探讨针灸治疗联合中医护理在带状疱疹后神经疼痛(PHN)患者中的应用效果。方法124例PHN患者随机分为观察组和对照组,各62例。对照组给予常规护理和针灸治疗,观察组在对照组基础上开展中医护理。观察两组干预前后疼痛症状、综合疗效、焦虑情况以及睡眠质量。结论干预1周及2周后,两组疼痛视觉模拟评分(VAS)均降低,且观察组评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组综合疗效总有效率(95.16%)高于对照组(79.03%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预后,两组焦虑自评量表(SAS)和匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)评分均降低,且观察组评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针灸治疗联合中医护理有助于持续有效的减轻PHN患者的疼痛,缓解焦虑症状,改善睡眠。

Objective To explore the application effect of acupuncture combined with Tradi⁃tional Chinese Medicine(TCM)nursing for patients with postherpetic neuralgia(PHN).Meth⁃ods A total of 124 PHN patients were randomly divided into two groups,with 62 cases in each group.The patients in the control group were given conventional treatment,acupuncture treat⁃ment and conventional nursing mode,and the patients in the observation group were given acu⁃puncture treatment combined with traditional Chinese medicine nursing mode on the basis of con⁃ventional treatment.The pain visual analog scale(VAS),self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)and Pittsburgh sleep quality index(PSQI)were compared between the two groups after 1 week and 2 weeks of intervention.Results The VAS score decreased in both groups after intervention,and the VAS score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,with a signifi⁃cant difference(P<0.05).The overall effective rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(95.16%vs.79.03%,P<0.05).Scores of SAS and PSQI decreased in both two groups after intervention,and scores of SAS and PSQI of the observation group was low⁃er than those of the control group,with a significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion Acupunc⁃ture combined with TCM nursing can effectively relieve pain,relieve anxiety symptoms and im⁃prove sleep in patients with PHN.
