摘要
花生果腐病严重危害花生的产量和品质。为研究花生果腐病致病真菌及其致病性,本试验以花育917为材料,从发生花生果腐病的籽仁中分离鉴定出一株真菌(PPRF-05),结合形态学观察及ITS序列分析对该菌种进行分类鉴定及致病性分析,同时对实验室保存的花生资源进行抗病性鉴定。结果显示:PPRF-05为尖孢镰刀菌(Fusarium oxysporum),能侵染花生各组织以及花生种子的任一发育阶段;通过离体接种筛选得到不同抗性的种质资源,建立了一套离体接种快速筛选抗病材料的方法。
Peanut pod rot seriously harms the yield and quality of peanut. In order to study the pathogenic fungi of peanut pod rot and its pathogenicity, a fungus strain(PPRF-05) was isolated and identified from peanut seed kernel(Huayu 917). Combined with morphological observation and ITS sequence analysis, the classification and pathogenicity analysis of the strain was carried out. At the same time, the peanut resources preserved in our laboratory were identified for the disease resistance. The results showed that PPRF-05 belonged to Fusarium oxysporum, and could infect all peanut tissues and any developmental stage of peanut seeds. By inoculating fresh peanut seeds and cotyledons of different varieties in vitro, the germplasm resources with different resistance were selected, and a rapid screening method for resistant materials in vitro was established.
